Wicklow Village Farmer’s Market is a new community space built around local food and craft producers.
The market runs every Saturday from 11am to 5pm starting Saturday 25 April 2026 and ending Saturday 26 September 2026 and similarly every year afterwards.
It will be a welcoming hub of fresh produce and artisan craft - a place where you can buy quality ingredients, talk to the people who produce them, and enjoy a slower weekend atmosphere.
Visitors can expect local vegetables, pastries, baked goods, crepes and hot food, honey, small batch condiments and a rotating line up of food traders who care about their work. Alongside them, the craft and maker stalls will bring ceramics, jewelry, photography, textiles, candles, soap, leather-work and one-off handmade pieces. The Farmer's Market will be the first in Ireland to operate off 100% renewable mains electricity rather than diesel generators.
Wicklow Village is being created with local connection in mind. The market is the first step, but the wider vision includes workshops, small events, community gatherings and walking tours.
The aim is practical and straightforward: support local micro businesses and offer good food and crafts at a friendly community meeting point each Saturday during the summer months.
The Village is Ideal for a new Saturday habit.
